Blaine Minor, MD                                                                                     Cindy Hall, NP-C

R. Blaine Minor, MD was born and raised in Dalton in northwest Georgia.  He grew up loving the outdoors and mechanical things.  He had a paper route, spent his summers working part time at Hamilton Medical Center, was an Eagle Scout, and graduated at the top of his class at Dalton High School.  Dr. Minor went on to receive a liberal arts education at Furman University in South Carolina where he received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and graduated magna cum laude.

Dr. Minor's fascination with the human body and problem solving, as well as his work with patients during his summers at Hamilton Medical Center, led him towards a career in medicine.  In 1990, he received his medical doctorate from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University.  Dr. Minor completed his Internal Medicine training through a three year internship and residency at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, which is now Atlanta Medical Center.  From 1993-1998, Dr. Minor built a busy Internal Medicine practice in Rome, Georgia.  In 1998, a position opened up in Chatsworth, Georgia, right next door to his hometown of Dalton and Dr. Minor and his family moved home to Dalton.

Dr. Minor established Murray Internal Medicine in Chatsworth, Georgia in 1998 and has built a busy Internal Medicine practice.  In 2006, Dr. Minor added Conasauga Wellness to provide his patients with a source to educate them about nutrition, to help them restore hormone balance and to instill wellness habits into their lifestyles.

Dr. Minor and his wife, Sara-Ellen Midkiff-Minor, renovated a family home in Dalton and live there with their two teenage children, Kathleen and Benjamin, who are the fifth generation of Minors to live in the home.

Dr. Minor enjoys trout fishing, hiking, gardening, music, Boy Scouts, Tae Kwon Do and spending time with his family.

Cindy Hall NP-C

Cindy has been a Family Nurse Practioner in Murray County for the last thirteen years. She relocated from Dayton, TN after receiving her Bachelor's of Silence Nursing, at Georgia State University. She worked as an Emergency Department Nurse for ten years, receiving valuable experience.

Prior to entering the Private Sector, she was employed in Public Health Care. There she shared her passion for helping empower people to manage their own health. She also worked to establish the Indigent Medicine Program, that later became the County-wide "Med Bank." After funding cuts, she moved into the Private Sector.

Murray Internal Medicine was the perfect fit. It was a practice that still "cared" for the individual patient with acute and chronic needs. It also developed into a practice that looked at the underlying hormonal and nutritional needs of the patients. For the last six years, she has focused on helping men and women restore their natural hormone balance. After struggling with hormone imbalance herself, she understands the important role this has in overall health. She often jokes with patients, that God has given her this "mission."

Cindy is married to Scott Hall, and they have two sons, Zach - 17, and Josh - 10 years old. She is active with her children's music and athletic pursuits. Any other time she is usually found involved in worship or activities at her church, Liberty Baptist.
